Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns.
The footwear products we sell are considered collectibles, which means they lose value by being worn once or even unboxed. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind whatsoever unless there is a fulfillment error on our end.
We are not responsible for manufacturer imperfections. We receive our shoes directly from authorized retailers (Nike, Adidas, Reebok, etc). As with all factory produced goods, there is a minute possibility of a minor manufacturer errors including but not limited to: glue, stitching defects, suede abrasion, etc. Please contact the shoe manufacturer directly if you believe you received a defective model.
Unless otherwise stated, all footwear sold is in brand new, unworn condition.
Wrong Size / Improper Fit
We are not responsible for imperfect fit. Footwear fits differently depending on the model.
If you’re not sure of your size but want to purchase a shoe, contact us via email and we’ll assist you in picking the right size.
Pro Tip: Visit your local sneaker store and try on a similar model which will help you make the best choice on what size fits best for you.
Preorders / Presale Items
Preordered footwear orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, we may be able to modify the size you selected.
Attempts to cancel an order of any kind including preorder or presale items will be subject to a nonrefundable 20% restocking fee. This fee helps us recoup lost expenses as we prepay for your size well in advance before the item releases.
Footwear that has been preordered cannot be refunded or exchanged.
KickBackz accepts clothing exchanges up to thirty (30) days from receipt of the order. All items must be unworn and unaltered.
Please contact customer service before initiating an exchange so that we can send you a shipping label. The customer will assume all shipping charges and auxiliary fees in the event of an exchange or return.
Items sold at a discounted rate of 20% or more are final.
